Our Natural Science Academy is a part of PVCNSI’s long-term strategic initiative to promote youth’s integrated knowledge and skills needed for success in college, career, and community while supporting science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) workforce diversity.

Rod Anderson

Executive Director

My research as a socio-cultural anthropologist focuses on Afro-American civic leadership, civil society, social movement theory, critical theory, political economy and the African Diaspora.

Lily Rajic

Chief Science Officer

My research focuses on environmental chemistry and utilization of electrochemical processes to remove contaminants from environmental media. Currently, I am working on developing electrochemical groundwater remediation technologies.

Britt Ruhe

Financial Advisor

My expertise is in strategic leadership of start-up and early stage organizations, furthering organizational missions through growth-oriented leadership, strategic fiscal management, powerful coalition building, and socially responsible organizational development.
