Welcome to Pioneer Valley Coral & Natural Science Institute (PVCNSI)

We are helping to bring sustainability to the marine reef industry by growing aquacultured corals while supporting natural science research through incubator laboratory space and providing  community-based STEM educational programs to historically marginalized communities.

PVCNSI relocated the office and portion of the operation from 1 Mill Valley Road, Hadley, MA to UMass Life Sciences Laboratories at 240 Thatcher Way, LSL 571. While we are finding the new home for our corals, education and laboratory space:

TapWork will remain at the same location – at The Taproom. We will continue to promote science in the Valley through Community Science Events: “Science Over Beers”.

Contact us if you have any questions related to our educational programs since we are eager to continue making science learning more engaging and fun!
